META Report — le vrai système de tickets joueurs

Pas un simple /report qui ping le staff : une vraie plateforme de tickets dans ton serveur. Chaque signalement est une conversation persistante entre le joueur et ton équipe.

  • /report — NUI propre : sujet, description, priorité ; le joueur suit le fil et répond
  • Panel staff : liste filtrable (statut / priorité / recherche), pagination, prise en charge, gestion statut & priorité
  • Téléportation bidirectionnelle : va vers le joueur, ou fais-le venir à toi (désactivable)
  • CLI console complète — gère les tickets depuis la console txAdmin, sans être en jeu
  • Whitelist staff en base, indépendante des groupes ESX (parfait pour une équipe support sans droits admin)
  • Webhook Discord : embed à chaque nouveau ticket et chaque réponse (config serveur, anti-spam)
  • Durci : lib.callback partout, textes bornés et nettoyés, cooldown anti-spam, SQL paramétré, tables préfixées

Intégration optionnelle avec META Anticheat : les téléports staff sont automatiquement whitelistés contre la détection anti-triche.

Dépendances : ESX Legacy, ox_lib, oxmysql.
Langues : français + anglais (NUI entièrement traduite).

META Report — player support tickets, done right

Not a ping system: a real ticket platform inside your server. Every report is a persistent conversation thread between the player and your staff.

  • /report — clean NUI: subject, description, priority; players follow the thread and reply
  • Staff panel: filterable list (status/priority/search), pagination, claim, status & priority management
  • Two-way teleport: go to the player or bring them to you (toggleable)
  • Full console CLI — manage reports from txAdmin console without being in-game
  • Staff whitelist stored in DB, independent from ESX groups (perfect for support teams without admin rights)
  • Discord webhook: embed on every new report and reply (server-side config, rate-limited)
  • Hardened: lib.callback everywhere, input sanitization + length caps, anti-spam cooldown, parameterized SQL, prefixed tables

Optional integration with META Anticheat: staff teleports are automatically whitelisted against teleport detection.
